Still eating burgers this summer?
Watch the fat content on those burgers. Go for turkey burgers, grilled chicken and veggies instead. Skip the mayo, and load up on fruit salad. Remember when the heat gets going it's best to start your workout first thing in the morning. It's easier to get it out of the way anyway.
And always remember to workout in a snazy outfit like Ms.Barbie.
